Je vous propose sur cette page plusieurs programmes de préparation physique pour le tennis.

N'ayant pour le moment pas le temps d'élaborer des programmes complets pour la préparation physique au tennis, je vous propose ces programmes qui ont été élaborés par le site https://www.tennisfitness.com/.

J'ai choisi ce site comme partenaire pour la qualité et le professionnalisme des conseils qui sont donnés.

Nathan et Giselle Martin, qui produisent ces programmes, travaillent sur le circuit professionnel depuis 1999.

Ils ont notamment travaillé avec Lleyton Hewitt, Samantha Stosur, Martina Navratilova, Jennifer Capriati, Svetlana Kuznetsova et Monica Seles.

Attention, ces programmes sont en anglais. 

Vous n'avez pas besoin d'un haut niveau en anglais pour suivre ces programmes mais des bases seront nécessaires pour lire et écouter les consignes des exercices.

Il est intéressant de savoir que vous disposez de 7 jours pour annuler l'acquisition d'un programme et vous faire rembourser, ce qui donne une petite période pour évaluer le programme et se faire un avis.
